are they woefully backward even in those
countries where they are in total majority
flushed with prtro-dollar, and the countries
are Islamic States.

educated than the Hindus.

As per the report itself Muslim are
fairing best in Gujarat, Rajasthan,
Madhya Pradesh and Chhatisgarh and worst
in West Bengal and Bihar. It should
have analyzed the causes for this.
